About Perritt Homes
Perritt Building Co. has been building homes in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties since 1972. Founded by Bill and Diane Perritt with tools Bill borrowed from his father, Perritt Homes continues to be that same family-run business. People who come to work for Perritt Homes tend to stick around. The most recently hired employee has been with Perritt since 2001. Many of our tradesman have been with Perritt for many years also.
Current projects focus on homes to suit today’s lifestyle with open floor plans and first floor Master Suites. Perritt Homes tries always to have available Spec homes for people looking for something ready immediately (or very soon). But, we welcome folks who would like to select their lot and plan also.
