Our current development, Pine Meadows in Avon Lake, focuses on homes to suit today’s lifestyle with open floor plans and first floor Master Suites. Perritt Homes tries always to have available Spec homes for people looking for something ready immediately (or very soon). But we also welcome folks who would like to select their lot and plan.
