WHAT’S NEW?

Lots of construction- that’s what new!  Unlike most builders, we not only build your choice of plans on your choice of lots, we also build Spec homes so we nearly always have something completely finished and other homes under construction.  Many of our buyers prefer to sell their current homes before they buy something new.  We understand and we can make that work for you.

When you build with us, you don’t need a construction loan- just a down payment.  So the remainder of your proceeds from the current house can work for you while you wait until your new home is ready.

OR pick out one of our specs (completed or under construction) and WE’LL HOLD YOUR NEW HOME FOR YOU UNTIL YOUR OLD HOUSE SELLS!

And speaking of specs, boy do we have choices:

  • Sublot 56 (our Model):  The Cherry, Ranch, 1850 square feet + finished basement, 3 BR, 3 Baths, wooded views, no neighbor on one side, finished.
  • Sublot 62:  The Redbud, Ranch, 1755 square feet, 3 BR, 2 Baths, wooded views, finished.
  • Sublot 73:  The Spruce, First Floor Master, 2321 square feet, 3 BR, 2 1/2 Baths, Study, pond views, under constructi0n.
  • Sublot 74:  The Juniper, Ranch, 2016 square feet, 3 BR, 2 Baths, Sunroom, pond views, under construction.
  • Sublot 75:  The Willow, First Floor Master, 2248 square feet, 3 BR, 2 1/2 Baths, Keeping Rm., pond views, under construction.

We will work with you to make your home not only great looking- but great living for you and your family, regardless of age, abilities and circumstances.  We can build ADA accessible homes- no matter which member of your family is affected.

We do many of these things as STANDARD in all of our homes at Pine Meadows:  Interior door sizes are minimum of 2-8 (32″) for easy access, floor plans are open, walks to front door at 4-0, steps to front door are shallow.
