Unlike most builders, we not only build your choice of plans on your choice of lots, we also build Spec homes so we nearly always have something completely finished and other homes under construction. Many of our buyers prefer to sell their current homes before they buy something new. We understand and we can make that work for you.
When you build with us, you don’t need a construction loan- just a down payment. So the remainder of your proceeds from the current house can work for you while you wait until your new home is ready.
